KATHERINE HEIGL: DECORATOR AT HEART
Newlywed Katherine Heigl spent nearly all day Saturday shopping for home furnishings in Hollywood with her mother/personal manager, Nancy.
The Grey's Anatomy star visited stores offering interior decor, furniture and carpet, where she ended up purchasing a large rug. Walking out, the Emmy award winning actress held a folder of carpet samples and showed off her wedding ring.
As previously reported by Gossip Girls, Heigl married husband Josh Kelley in a 30-minute sunset ceremony on December 23rd in Park City, Utah. The ceremony included traditional vows as well as those written by the couple.
Of her desire to make things work for the long haul, Katherine recently told press "There are so many people rooting against you. You see in entertainment magazines how happy they are for you when you get married, and then six months later, they want to see you unhappy."
