ASHLEY TISDALE STAYS FIT AND HEALTHY
When everyone all over the world is constantly focusing on your appearance, the pressure to look fit is a constant. That's why Ashley Tisdale does what she can to stay in shape.
The High School Musical babe was spotted out in Los Angeles, California yesterday, sans boyfriend Jared Murillo, on her way to her gym, LA Fitness.
After an intense workout, the singer/actress headed over to Whole Foods to pick up some healthy foods. It's all about doing what it takes to look her best.
Ashley looked cute in a grey retro-look tank top and Victoria's Secret PINK shorts, topped off with an Army baseball cap. And it's been reported that we'll have another album from Tisdale before 2008 is over.
